Overview
Enjoy an excursion to Ouzoud Waterfalls, located near the village of Tanaghmeilt, 150 km northeast of Marrakech, in Morocco. Ouzoud means “the act of grinding grain” in Berber. We explore Fes city, known for its Fes El Bali walled medina, with medieval Marinid architecture, vibrant souks, and an old-world atmosphere.
Tour Itinerary:
DAY 1: MARRAKECH – BENI MELLAL – OUZOUD WATERFALLS
The tour with Your Morocco Holidays starts with departure at Marrakech riad/ hotel. Then we drive to Beni Mellal and explore Ouzoud waterfalls. We enjoy a guided excursion of Ouzoud waterfalls in the Middle Atlas Mountains and experience a scenic drive past the olive groves and Berber countryside of the plains. During the tour, we enjoy a scenic hike with your local guide. We discover they are near waterfalls. There are also small boats that can take you on a tour. DAY 2: OUZOUD WATERFALLS – FES GUIDED CITY TOUR
Today we travel to Fes, and we explore the most important cultural city in Morocco. We visit the world’s oldest learning center, The Kairaouine Mosque and University. Then we visit the historic city of Fez consists of Fes el-Bali, the city walls and gates, and Tanneries.
